Senawang is a small town next to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Not many Malaysians know Senawang unless they are from Negeri Sembilan(one of the states in Malaysia). Each contractor has more than ten approved bungalow designs. Most of other bungalow developers only have one or a few designs for the potential buyers.

Besides stretching their ringgit, Taman Lavender Heights is not too far from Kuala Lumpur. Using North South Highway, driving time between Kuala Lumpur city centre and Senawang will be around an hour if there is no traffic jam on highway.
