Senawang is a small town next to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Not many Malaysians know Senawang unless they are from Negeri Sembilan(one of the states in Malaysia). The main developer, Senawang Mewah sells the bungalow lands to buyers. Then the buyer can choose one of the two contractors to build the bungalow. Each contractor has more than ten approved bungalow designs. Most of other bungalow developers only have one or a few designs for the potential buyers.

Besides stretching their ringgit, Taman Lavender Heights is not too far from Kuala Lumpur.
